Browse the Products section and select the items you wish to purchase.
Step 2
When you are finished shopping click on the Checkout button at the bottom
of your Shopping Cart.
Step 3
Register an account with KIDS.
Step 4
Confirm your order and delivery options.
Step 5
A KIDS staff member will contact you to confirm your order and payment
details.
Payment Methods
KIDS accepts most credit
cards. Payments are made via the Westpac bank secure online payments. If you wish to arrange other payment methods please contact the KIDS store directly.
Delivery
Via Australia Post or Courier for larger items.
Delivery Destinations
We are currently only processing orders for delivery within Australia.
Postage
For your convenience, postage rates are:
• Less than $20.00 Postage and Handling fee $5.00
• $20.00-$100.00 Postage and Handling fee $12.50
• Free for orders over $100.
• You will be contacted via email with an estimate for furniture
delivery costs.
Delivery Time
We will always aim to post stock items the next day, via Australian
Post so that they are with you within 10 working days. Should you require
your purchase on a specific date please let us know when finalising
you order in the “comments” section. Please allow 4 weeks
for all custom orders such as personalised artwork and lettering.
You will be contacted via email with an estimated delivery time for
all furniture orders. Please allow 6-8 weeks for all furniture orders.
Exchange and Return Policy
If for some reason you are not completely happy with you purchase from
KIDS, it may be returned for a full refund to the same credit card it
was purchased on. All items must be returned in saleable condition.
Postage costs of returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns require a authorisation number so please contact the store
via email: info@kidsinteriordesigns.com.au or on (03) 9499-1852. Refunds
will be processed following receipt of the returned goods onto the credit
card used at purchase.
Custom Orders
There is a no return/exchange available on personalised items, except
in the case of faulty products.
Gift Wrapping
If your purchase is a gift and you would like us to wrap it for you, please let us know in the Special Requirements section.
Stock Availability
There may be times when we are temporarily out of stock. Should this
occur you will be contacted immediately with suggested alternatives
or you may receive a full refund.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and hold your personal information confidentially.
We will never pass your details on to another party.
Currency
All prices on the KIDS website are in Australian dollars.
